We are engineers first. What we recommend, we have built, deployed and maintained ourselves.
We work in two complementary modes: shipping our own multi-tenant products, and delivering engineering and advisory work for organisations that need software, data, infrastructure and AI built properly the first time.
Both are held to the same standard, so client work starts from patterns already running in production rather than from scratch.

Engineers who also advise
Lorendix is led by a technical director whose background is in security engineering and software delivery for organisations operating at scale. Work is delivered by that lead with engineers brought in for the specific engagement, which keeps the team senior and sized to the job.
Vision
To be the firm a business calls when it needs software built properly the first time, and to leave every client able to run what we built without us.
Mission
To do senior engineering work at a size businesses can actually buy: no layers, no handoffs between vendors, and no advice that has not been implemented by the people giving it.

Start with the problem
An engagement begins with what the business cannot currently do. We will say when the answer is not a build.
Build for production
Logging, access control and a repeatable deployment are part of the first release, not added later.
Recommend the cheapest thing that works
Where an existing product fits, we will say so, including when that means a smaller piece of work for us.
Hand over completely
Code, infrastructure and accounts are in the client’s own name throughout. Nothing requires us to stay.
