The challenge
A marketplace has to serve several groups at once. Customers want to find and book with confidence, service providers want to run their business easily, and the operator needs to keep the marketplace trustworthy for everyone.
The client had a clear vision for the marketplace, but needed a team that could turn it into a reliable platform ready for real customers and providers.

How we helped
We designed and built the platform end to end, with a separate experience for each group of users. The client’s rules for how the marketplace should work were built into the platform itself, so they apply consistently rather than depending on manual checks.
We built it to a production standard from the start, with secure access for each type of user, a reliable release process and the foundations needed to add features as the business grows.
Every rule the operator wants to enforce has to be built into the platform. A policy that only appears on a help page is not really a policy.

The client has a marketplace platform that serves customers, providers and their own team, and a solid foundation to build on as the business develops.
